Group Classes are taught in the ISD telephone training facility
in Suite 675, Folsom Admin Bldg. Employees receive hands on training on basic voice
mail features. Classes are limited to 10 students and last 1 hour. To schedule a
class contact your Agency Telecommunications Coordinator.
Onsite training is available by appointment. Ask your Agency Telecommunications
Coordinator to contact their ISD Customer Consultant to schedule training.
One on One instruction is available by calling your Agency Telecommunications
Coordinator.
